Strict Quality-First Approach

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. If an item arrives imperfect, we’ll fix it — because excellence is our promise to you. If you have any questions, please email info@lingstrand.com first.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for cash refund directly to your payment method of your original purchase.

Acceptable:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken clasps, uneven stitching)
  • Damage during shipping (e.g., crushed packaging causing product deformation)

Clear photo/video evidence must be provided (click to view evidence requirement template)

Unacceptable:

  • Change of mind / unwanted gifts
  • Size/fit preferences
  • "Not as expected" without objective flaw description

If the item is not defective the return shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

The returned product must be in unused condition, in it’s original packaging with the original invoice (if included).

If an item has been returned that has been damaged or not in original condition. A refund will not be eligible and shipping costs to get the item back to you will be charged before your items are sent back.
